Terminology

For the purposes of this agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform will be referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform will be referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Collectively, 'we' and 'you' will be referred to as the 'parties' and individually as a 'party'.

Processing and Retention Periods for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by applicable law or for the period agreed at the time we collected it from you.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations shall be deemed to refer to the most recently amended version, regardless of whether the amendment occurred before or after this Agreement was executed.
